My favourite food is Sushi .I think that it is a healthy food as Sushi comes from fishes !I think it is important to eat healthy food as if you don't eat healthy food ,you may have Kidney Failure .The benefits of eating fruits and Vegetables is that we can built up a healthy body .Yes, I support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables as it helps us to build up a strong body, and won't get easily sick .We should give a reward to the children when they eat more Fruits and Vegetables !
